Apple Cider Vinegar and Water

The Apple Cider Vinegar is acidic and has antimicrobial properties. Bacteria cannot survive in an acidic environment. Thus, this is one of the best remedies. Gargle a mixture of a half-tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to one glass of water.

Lemon and Water

The astringent juice of lemon could soothe the swollen throat and it could fight with bacteria and viruses. Squeeze a lemon, mix one teaspoon of lemon juice to one cup of water and drink it.

Green Tea
