Human as we are from tradition in every generation there are different ways in food production. You may find it delicious and exotic however the question is, are you eating a healthy food from your entire life?

We need food for our body in order for us to function in our everyday living but people don’t know the advantages and disadvantages out of it. We enjoyed eating different types of food such as processed foods, vegetables and fruits yet not knowing that our life lies in every food that we eat daily.

Processed foods are made for our convenience yet ironic due to its harmful effect in our body. There are additional chemicals and additives to prolong the duration of the food or for longer shelf life and most of it removes the nutrients, fiber, and vitamins which we should be aware of. Processed foods are obtained from laboratories. The foods are commonly modified and may cause gastrointestinal disorders, infertility and can damage your organs. If you are fond of eating processed foods then you are prone to kidney failure and may damage your liver.

Eating Vegetables and fruits are known to have the most abundant nutrients that we could ever found, hence the parents keep on encouraging one’s child to eat a different kind of vegetables and fruits to gain more vitamins and nutrients including potassium, fiber, folate (folic acid) and vitamins A, E and C; however, we also need to be knowledgeable and be aware of what should be the right vegetables to eat depending on your current health. Eating nutritious food should not be disregarded. Ignoring this issue would surely cause certain health deficits or worst, malnutrition.
